Thomas M. Lee co-founded MDG in 1998 and has been active in the development and construction industry for over 25 years. Prior to MDG, he worked with several successful local construction companies where he built more than four million square feet of industrial, retail and office space. A longtime Seattle resident, Tom and his family have been building and developing in the Northwest since 1950. In the past 20 years alone, he has developed a mix of properties totaling over five million square feet.

Tom is a graduate of Seattle University.

Jim Gallaugher co-founded MDG in 1998 and has been active in commercial real estate for over 25 years in the Northwest. He has leased office space, supervised marketing campaigns, worked as an industrial real estate broker and was a partner in a property investment firm before co-founding MDG. Jim has worked on every type of commercial real estate project, from warehouses to high-end historical rehabilitation in Seattle’s Pioneer Square. In the past 20 years, he has developed and redeveloped over five million square feet of commercial property

Jim is a graduate of the University of Washington.
